Horrible customer service!

Purchased a home whose previous owners placed an order with this company for a replacement window back in May 2017. Fast forward to Oct. 30, 2017, and we are not only still waiting for that window but I have had to call 3 times to find out status (no return calls to me EVER). Today when I called, I was told "they would check when they got back to the office" and when I said, "Well, if you still can't locate it or the company making the glass hasn't gotten back to you, I'll probably try to find someone else to do it, and the immediate response was, "Okay, great, do that. That's fine."

I realize it's only a replacement and not a big job. However, if you are not interested in something minor, perhaps you should say so up front. I think we have been more than patient given Irma and the delays she produced. Five months is ridiculous. So we will gladly find someone else who will be happy to take our $500.
